Who can register an account on Streamable Invest?Streamable Invest is dedicated to Institutional and Professional Investors as identified by regulations. Streamable Invest accepts both Individuals and Companies that fall into the Professional Investor definition.

What documents do I need to open an account?Individual Customers You will be asked in the app to take a picture of your chosen ID and proof of address as part of the account registration process. To verify your identity, we require you to upload a clear scan of either: A valid, non-provisional, driving licence A valid passport A Valid Government issued ID Card To verify your address, we require you to upload a clear scan of either: Bank Statement issued in the last three months Utility bill issued in the last three months, Council/Rates bill issued in the last three months. Corporate Customers You will be asked in the App to provide the company’s incorporation and ownership structure documents. In addition, you must provide proof of identity and address for each director and shareholder identified. The list of documents needed is similar to the one for Individual customers. Financial Institutions The same documents as the corporate documents with the addition of the licence issued by the supervisory authority in the event that it is required to operate on behalf of your customers

In which currencies can I open my account?When you register on the Streamable Invest platform you get a USD Account and a crypto wallet (BNB-20). You can also open accounts in EUR, CHF and GBP.

How can I invest?You can invest in opportunities by either purchasing tokens or units or both, depending on what investment type that particular opportunity has determined. If you select to purchase tokens, a digital (smart) contract of ownership is stored in a wallet on the blockchain. If you select to purchase units, a traditional certificate of ownership is sent to the custodian for secure storage.

What is the minimum investment?The minimum investment is $5,000.00. However, each opportunity has its own minimum and therefore the minimum may be considerably higher for some opportunities.

What is the maximum investment value?Each investment opportunity listed on Streamable Invest has different thresholds. You can set your preferences to see the opportunities you would like to see.

How do I get started?Register an account and verify your email. You will need to complete a short questionnaire for us to assess your suitability to be onboarded and we will run some verification checks. Once approved, we will let you know once your account is ready and you can set your preferences, deposit funds and start browsing opportunities.

My investment is pending? What does this mean?Your funds are held in an account until the opportunity has reached his soft-cap (minimum threshold set for accepting investments). You will be able to see the investment as Pending in your Portfolio. Once the soft-cap opportunity is reached, you will receive your tokens or units in your digital wallet and the investment will appear in the My Investments list in your Portfolio.

Can an investor use his cryptocurrencies to invest?Yes, we support up to 90 cryptocurrencies. It is understood that regardless of the cryptocurrency used, the investment is made in the designated currency. For example, if an investor uses his Bitcoins to invest in the opportunity that has USD as its base currency (e.g. 100,000 USD), the Bitcoins are instantly exchanged and therefore the issuer will receive 100,000 USD. No currency risk for the issuer.

How can I withdraw money from my account?It's simple. Log in to your account and withdraw funds, either select the account your would like to withdraw the funds to, or add a new beneficiary account.
